I have extensive experience in moderating Original Content, User-generated content and Third Party commercial acquisitions for both broadcast and digital platforms while identifying and addressing violations of community guidelines, and implementing processes to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements. However, my role extends beyond mere enforcement. I collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Creative, Marketing, Product/Tech, Operations teams to develop internal policies and processes while keeping abreast of emerging trends and continously updating my knowledge base in order to find a harmonious balance between business requirements and constant shifts in legislative frameworks and public opinion.
