I’m Pooja Bhurrak, a development professional from Jabalpur (M.P.), deeply committed to creating lasting social change through grassroots action, inclusive development, and community empowerment.With a background in Microbiology (B.Sc.), a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications (PGDCA), and a recently completed Master’s in Social Work (MSW), I bring a unique blend of scientific insight, technical competence, and social development expertise to every project I lead.Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to serve in key leadership roles across government missions and NGO initiatives, including: Project Manager – Jal Jeevan Mission (Clean water access in rural areas) Project Coordinator – Asha Program (Health & community development) Project Officer – NULM & Nai Roshni CSR Projects (Urban livelihoods & women empowerment) Project Manager – Sardar Patel Coaching Training Scheme (Youth skill-building & education)My core competencies include program management, stakeholder coordination, team leadership, grassroots mobilization, and impact-driven fundraising.
