Work Profile and Responsibilities 1. Prepare and checking all the details for quarterly and annual results of M/s Rakshak Securitas Pvt Ltd.2. Providing financial reports and interpreting financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action.3. Analysing costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.4. Preparing the Company Provisional as well as Projections for analysing the future growth model.5. Advising on investment activities and provide strategies that the company should take for maintaining the financial health of the organization.6. Handling Income Tax, GST, TDS and other statutory actions and queries efficiently.7. Proficiently working on Tally ERP 9.0 & ERP System for all Accounting Transactions such as Purchase, Sales, Journal, Cash Receipt & Payment & Transfer vouchers along with the Branch accounting as the company is a PAN company registered in more than 20 states.8. Bank Reconciliation, Vendor, Salary payable & Expense payable, Bonus payable, PF & ESIC, Inter-branch and Inter- Company Reconciliations.9. Debtors and Creditors ageing Monthly / Quarterly basis for submitting to bank Stock Statements for Working Capital Facility Management.10. Developing financial MIS & Reports, i.e. Party wise collection, party wise utilization, salary sheet, expenses sheet, prepaid expenses sheet, sales, purchase etc.11. Petty Cash handling and preparing month wise fund flow of Company.12. Coordinating with the Internal Auditor and Statutory Auditor as and when required.13. Coordinating with vendors for ageing, reconciliation and payment purposes.14. Checking of workers wages & staff salary & handed over to HR department for timely disbursement of the salaries.15. Making bulk NEFT\'s of all the Vendors, Transporters & other statutory payments such as TDS, Income Tax, EPFO, ESIC, GST etc either through Corporate Internet banking.
