As a Contracts Administrator II at Rain for Rent, I manage the full lifecycle of rental and service agreements across a wide range of industrial and environmental projects for 70+ Branch locations across the world. My role involves reviewing, negotiating, and executing contracts and purchase orders, ensuring alignment with company policies and customer requirements. I work closely with internal teams—including sales, operations, and branch administrators—to coordinate delivery, installation, and removal of rental equipment, while maintaining compliance with prevailing wage rules, insurance requirements, and safety expectations. I also handle subcontractor documentation, COIs, W-9s, and change orders, and ensure all contract terms are clearly defined and properly executed. I take pride in keeping projects moving smoothly and contracts airtight - whether it’s an $8K rental or an $800K multi-phase job.My day-to-day includes- Reviewing subcontracts for equipment rentals and services - no contract is the same- Processing customer POs to ensure alignment with company terms and conditions- Managing contract amendments, revisions, and customer correspondence- Ensuring timely documentation for certified payroll, environmental fees, and rental protection plans- Supporting project setup and closeout, including coordination with procurement and field teams- Navigating contract exceptions, bond waivers, and compliance with federal, state, and project-specific regulations- Reviewing non-standard terms and conditions- processing Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)- Assisting 70+ Branch locations with their contractual and company-specific needs
