Deputed to Wipro Technologies - ChennaiMy role was to provide off-shore support to the live integration production environment of clients.Roles and Responsibilities: • Worked as Wintel Administrator, and worked on windows server 2003 and 2008 platform.• Coordinating in the maintenance activities of the applications, supporting very high application like Enterprise Online Support, Online banking, Mobile banking, and various other call center applications.• Working on incident tickets and user created tickets keeping SLA as main concern.• We send mail and reports of the incident to the management. • High severity incidents will be resolved with the help of team coordination in the Bridge call.• Monitoring disputes that have occurred by the monitoring setup with the help of Control M and other applications like BAC & Sitescope tools. • Handling client meetings and onsite calls.
