With over years of diverse experience, I bring a unique blend of analytical thinking, operational expertise, product support, business analysis, and project coordination. I thrive in environments where technology enables transformation and where every solution must deliver both value and efficiency.My career began at Infosys as an Operations Executive, where I spent five years working across a wide range of technologies including Nintex Workflow, Remedy, and ServiceNow. I was actively involved in system migrations, implementing data loss prevention (DLP) policies, and streamlining operational processes. As part of a newly established core team, I focused on resolving high-impact technical issues, building and supporting data pipelines, and improving client satisfaction through smarter and faster service delivery.I then became a core member of a newly formed team tasked with solving business-critical issues, building and maintaining data pipelines, and improving client satisfaction through innovative solutions and agile delivery. This later evolved into supporting Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes, IAM platforms, reconciliation, and recertification initiatives-further deepening my expertise in access management and enterprise operations.Eager to grow further, I made a strategic decision to pursue an MSc in Data Science and Analytics, which I completed with distinction. While studying, I remained professionally engaged by working for the UK’s local government-supporting critical application and leading system upgrades, introducing new platforms, and ensuring uninterrupted service delivery during major transitions.Currently, I work as a Business Systems Analyst at IOP Publishing, where I support major ERP system upgrade and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology with business needs. A significant part of my role involves identifying and helping implement cost-effective solutions to replace aging core systems. I focus on minimizing operational disruption while maximizing performance and long-term scalability. I also support Jira and Confluence platforms-particularly user management-to improve transparency, cost efficiency and team collaboration.I’m now focused on deepening my impact as a Business Systems Analyst, combining hands-on technical experience with business insight to help organizations modernize systems and make smarter, more cost-effective technology decisions. I’m always open to new opportunities, collaboration, and innovation.
