Key responsibilities:• Leading R&D and product strategy for high-reliability electronic systems in aerospace and defense applications• Spearheading innovation• Developing, formalizing, and supervising R&D and new product development programs/projects• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure mission-critical performance• Driving institutional and private strategic partnerships and technological advancements in Hi-Rel electronics• Supporting the Design and Engineering teams as a technical expert• Supporting the sales department in responding to calls for tenders and promoting the company\'s expertise and products• Establishing system specifications and architectures for products subject to R&D work, and acting as systems architect for these products.
