ABOUT CHIARA POLVERINI

I love people, I love human behaviour and I love to enable people to achieve their best – especially when it comes to change. I love to ask questions, I am curious and I love to learn. I know that I don\'t know everything and that I haven\'t seen everything. Yet. A tiny word which constantly inspires me to keep seeking, asking, learning.The most important asset of any company is the people. Look after your employees and they will look after your customers. Imagine the power of an enthusiastic, motivated and empowered workforce aligned to the strategic plan going above and beyond in every task.I am a systemic change facilitator, organizational developer with more than 10 years experience. I am a resilience coach, team coach and neuroleadership expert. With every day I get more and more fascinated by how our brain works and by how much potential we can develop if we only dare to use our resources at the fullest.I specialise in analysing structures, processes and best practices, in liaising with senior management and staff to build, empower and develop (multi-national) teams through motivational workshops, best practice organizational development and change management, all supported by efficient and targeted communication tools. Highly effective teams must be aligned with the vision, with the strategy and they need to be enabled to achieve the goals.I am lucky: I have made a profession out of my passion for people, for change and for organizational development. For several years now, my scope and my mission are unfolding people’s potential by enhancing structures, processes and by facilitating a sustainable engagement. And I am still not tired of it. In fact: I love it!
