ABOUT POLLY HORN
I am a seasoned business analyst and lead consultant. With over 15 years of experience in local government, I have a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the public sector, especially in the areas of digital, data and technology, as well as both adults and children\'s social care. I have a passion for user centered design and inclusivity. As a lead consultant, I deliver large digital transformation projects that make a difference to our customers across central and local government. I design workable solutions to complex business problems, meet milestones and project timeframes, and build strong business relationships. I also maintain a high standard of customer service and support, and provide advice on business as usual activities. I am passionate about making the UK a better place to live, as evidenced by my involvement in the Young England and Wales Programme, where I won a group award for designing an innovative approach in 2014. I am also ISEB certified in business analysis practice
