About Polly Baugh
As an Industrial Engineering student at Georgia Institute of Technology, I am passionate about problem solving and learning, and eager to apply my knowledge and skills to real-world challenges. I am currently working as an Operation Analytics and Performance Co-Op at Delta Air Lines, where I create dashboards and reports for various operational business units and project managers, using data visualization and SQL skills. In this role, I collaborate with the Operations Digital and Decision Science (ODDS) department and the Dynamic Ground Time (DGT) team, and contribute to the analysis and improvement of the operational efficiency and performance of Delta. I also have experience as a general consultant for Epic Intentions Consulting, where I worked with non-profit organizations in Atlanta on pro bono cases to enhance their impact and sustainability. Through these experiences, I have developed my project management, communication, and analytical skills, and gained valuable insights into different industries and domains. I am always looking for new opportunities to expand my horizons and drive innovation.
