I am a Legal Director within the Professional Risks Department, defending professional indemnity claims against a range of professionals with a particular focus on surveyors and property professionals.I advise London Market insurers on a variety of insurance issues and claims, specialising in defending claims against RICS surveyors, valuers, estate agents, property managers as well as insurance brokers.Recent experience includes advising a number of large national and international firms in relation to commercial and residential overvaluations, fraud, claims for negligent surveys, asset mis-management and Japanese knotweed claims.
