Leading the College’s financial turnaround across £15m operating budget (including catering, accommodation, let estate, visitors and retail), Sustainability and Welfare Strategies, Masterplan, developing <£100m capex program, delivering cir. £4m per annum. Formerly General Manager of one of the most significant properties within the National Trust\'s portfolio, Wimpole Estate in Cambridgeshire, leading business recovery and building back from Covid stronger. Focusing on innovation in cultural renewal and land use choices that create the best opportunities for people, nature and carbon in the RACE against climate change.Recently completed MBA and CMgr qualifications with Distinction, supported by the National Trust. Dissertation research on how conversations can increase confidence and capability in diversity and inclusion practice, to create a fairer and more just world.
