About Polly Goddard
Facilitated training and coaching-supported training is the most effective way to create sustained improvement. I specialize in customizing solutions for clients to solve issues ranging from hiring practices to communication, from team dysfunction to leadership development, and more. I use assessments such as DiSC personality profile as well as relevant personalized self-discovery and problem-solving activities to set the stage for growth and development individually and organizationally. It all begins by asking, “What do you want to do better or differently?” and from there, we co-create a program that meets needs and budgets, and exceeds expectations. I am a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) through the Gestalt International Study Center\'s Accredited Coach Training Program which is accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF). This means that I met the rigorous professional standards of coaching. I am also a skilled facilitator and management consultant with over 25 years of experience. My degrees in Recreation Management & Leisure Services Administration set me on an early path to exploring and honing my skills in coaching and leadership through various experiences from Maine to California and many places in between.
