For the water services part of the business, my role is to enhance regulatory engagement and influence and strengthen stakeholder collaboration across the industry. I aim to position the company as a Thought Leader in environmental and water matters and our strategic future, and foster internal awareness and understanding of Industry developments.Development of a comprehensive strategy with a focus on communication, relationship building, and knowledge sharing. This will include understanding stakeholder needs, actively participating in industry discussions, and promoting a culture of continuous learning.

ABOUT POLLY CHANCELLOR
Experienced in water resources with a strong understanding of regulation and water company planning. Recently led the development of new regional multi sector plans and currently working in Ofwat to support the development of strategic resource infrastructure. I led for RAPID on climate change and joining up flood management with water resources. I have previously led the Environment Agency’s response to water company water resource management plans and drought plans. Previous roles include drought coordination and sustainable abstraction. A full member of CIWEM, with a keen interest in environment issues and sustainability. My MSc was focused on Environmental science, policy and planning from University of Bath.
