He has secured numerous record-setting financial recoveries for his clients both at trial and through settlement – many of which have been featured in the news. Brad began his legal career in 1995 working as an insurance defense attorney in Chicago. He switched sides early on and has since used his knowledge of the defense side for the benefit of his plaintiff clients. Brad has dedicated his career to obtaining justice for his clients and, at the same time, promoting change to prevent future unnecessary injury or loss of life. Brad concentrates his legal practice in areas that include: wrongful death; catastrophic personal injury; medical malpractice; construction injuries; traumatic brain injury; transportation/motor vehicle collisions; products liability; premises liability; and nursing home neglect and abuse. Brad’s accomplishments have been recognized by the legal community, including numerous appointments to committees (Character & Fitness, Civil Jury Instruction, and ARDC Review Board) by the Illinois Supreme Court; serving on the boards of legal and academic organizations; invited speaker across the country; serving as an adjunct professor, and the recipient of legal awards.
