About Polina Ruvinsky

I\'m on a mission to amplify women\'s voices in business, leadership, and tech, and I\'ve spent the last several years building the communities, programs, and platforms to help make that happen. My Why: I believe the world needs more women\'s perspectives in leadership, more celebration of women\'s accomplishments, and a fundamental shift in how we talk about female excellence. This drives everything I do. I founded HypeHQ out of a recognition that women with transformative ideas often struggle to gain the visibility and momentum they deserve. HypeHQ is here to support women entrepreneurs through community, tools and inspiration. Our cohort-based Hype Huddles have helped dozens of women go from idea to execution by providing a sounding board, accountability buddies and cheerleaders who get you. Beyond HypeHQ, I\'ve spent the last several years designing and running programs for women in tech and entrepreneurship: as a Women Techmakers Ambassador and member of the WTM Transition Advisory Council, as an industry mentor and volunteer with Ada Developers Academy (500+ hours), and as a program designer, event organizer, and public speaker at IWD events, the Women in Tech Regatta, Google Dev Fest, and WTM-sponsored events across Seattle and beyond. My background includes 10+ years of technical leadership at Disney and Rosetta Stone, where I also founded and led Women in Tech employee communities and DEI programs. These days I bring all of that - the program management, the technical fluency, the community building - to work that I find genuinely meaningful: helping women grow, build, and lead.Follow me to join a movement of women who are building their visibility while supporting other women!
