I lead PhD programs and a team of PhD graduates at SAP. With 7+ years of experience in data science and AI development, I follow the embedded research approach to bring research and industry together.🩵 AI to me is about understanding the world through data. I love looking into raw data, digging into models, solving business problems with AI, and bringing research into practical applications.🤖 For the last 5 years, I have led use cases end to end, overseen the AI development process from data generating process to MLOps. In 2022, I finished my industrial PhD combining data science, explainable AI, and organizational theory.🫶 Data for good initiatives are dear to my heart. I offer mentoring for data scientists and non-profit organizations in my free time.
