Identifying potential risks and recommending corrective actions- Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate and organized records of compliance activities, permits, licenses, training records, and audit reports.3. Communication and Reporting- Communication: Communicating compliance requirements and updates to relevant stakeholders, including employees, management, and clients- Reporting: Preparing regular reports on compliance activities, audit findings, and risk assessments for management review.4. Continuous Improvement- Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities to improve compliance processes and enhance efficiency.5.
