Executive Advisor for Leadership & Culture | Assessment Specialist | Executive CoachI work with senior leaders, their teams, and HR executives to shape leadership cultures, support transitions, and build strategic leadership capability — with measurable outcomes and lasting impact.What sets me apart:I bring 20+ years of leadership experience and three distinct perspectives from my corporate career — as a business leader with P&L responsibility and 200 FTE, as a participant in top executive development programs, and as Managing Director of a corporate leadership academy and Vice President of a B2B sales organization. These experiences enable me to advise with deep insight into how large organisations truly function — from the inside out.I started in M&A, transitioned through senior roles in sales and HR, and later served as Managing Director at Deutsche Bahn Group, where I led the post-merger integration of a logistics company and spearheaded group-wide initiatives in diversity and leadership architecture. Today, I support C-level executives and People & Culture teams in global corporations, market-leading mid-sized companies, private equity firms, and top-tier consultancies. I also design and facilitate executive learning journeys at Frankfurt School of Finance & Management.Certified in Hogan® and HBDI®, I combine analytical depth with systemic thinking and a nuanced understanding of people and power dynamics.As a social endeavor, I founded Coaches Give Back, a non-profit coaching initiative for young adults. What began during the pandemic as a local project in my neighbourhood has grown into a cross-border network of more than 30 professional coaches and corporate leaders in Germany and Switzerland who volunteer their time to support pupils and students on their path into working life.
