Mike has shown his leadership and management skills by being the Chief Executive Officer for the Greater Idaho Falls Association of REALTORS(r). During his time there he has increased Membership, reduced Budgeted Expenses and streamlined operations for the 850+ Members in the Association. Mike was the Designated Broker for Keller Williams Realty East Idaho and educated, consulted, trained, lead, and supervised a company selling over a Billion Dollars. Mike is one of five individuals Appointed by Idaho Governor Brad Little to serve on the Idaho Real Estate Commission and helps to enforce Real Estate Laws in Idaho. Mike is the only Idaho Commissioner who has been appointed for a third four-year term for this position. He serves as Vice-Chair and will be the Chair next year. Leadership skills defines him completely. He has a way to explain things (in detail) and defines the way things need to be done. He is well respected throughout Idaho for his real estate knowledge and expertise. In his role as an Association Executive, he Mentored others as they have begun running other Associations in and outside of Idaho. Mike is a Member of ARELLO, The Association of Real Estate License Law Officials. He has chaired the Technology Committe and has created long lasting friendships with others all over the world. Mike has long been a respected real estate professional. He began working as an unlicensed assistant for his father in 1990 and soon learned that he could do so much more if he earned his license. Mike has been actively involved in the real estate industry and has been a leader to so many. He has taught real estate professionals at national real estate conventions as well as being a client of Hewlett Packer at the TechX Expo in New York City. Mike loves technology and has authored many classes for real estate agents to help them make use of technology in their profession.
