Entrepreneur-minded, guided by the values of high-performance sport and the principles of design thinking, I connect vision and execution, creativity and structure, to build agile, human-centered, and sustainable organizations that mobilize communities and talents around transformative, real-world impact. For nearly fifteen years, I’ve been evolving at the crossroads of innovation, organizational transformation, and technology startups development. I’ve contributed to the growth of 100+ startups, collectively generating over $30M in funding and $50M in sales. At Zú, I structured and led the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Department, strengthening the coherence, quality, and performance of programs and, more broadly, the overall approach to startup support. I place a central focus on the community built over the years - one made up of experienced mentors and committed entrepreneurs. Together, we nurture a culture of knowledge sharing and collective intelligence, where every interaction becomes a growth catalyst for both individuals and organizations. The principles of design thinking guide me to foster: Agility and co-creation, Trust and shared accountability, to transform organizations sustainably, unite complementary teams, and lead with purpose and impact.
