   As an Associate Attorney, I provide comprehensive legal representation in all residential and commercial lease drafting phases, including major tenant leases for retail ground leases. My responsibilities encompass drafting complex land agreements for retail development, such as Reciprocal Easement Agreements (REAs) and Declarations of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC & Rs). In addition, I handle the drafting and review of lease-related agreements, including letters of intent, subleases, ground leases, lease terminations, renewals, lease amendments, assignments, SNDAs, estoppels, and other ancillary documents.Alongside transactional work, I have significant litigation experience, representing clients in lease disputes and other real estate-related litigation.
