ABOUT PAUL N MARCUS

Paul Marcus is a seasoned executive and entrepreneur with a proven track record of building and scaling high-growth consumer brands in the health, wellness, and aesthetics sectors. Most recently, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Evolve Med Spa, a leading private equity–backed aesthetics business based on the East Coast. Prior to Evolve, Paul spent a decade as the Founder and CEO of West Coast Fitness, one of the largest Orangetheory Fitness franchise platforms in the country, overseeing 78 locations across key markets primarily on the West Coast. He led the company through rapid expansion, building a scalable infrastructure and a strong culture centered on health, performance, and community engagement.Paul began his career in investment banking, holding roles at The Sage Group, where he was a Vice President advising high-growth, premium consumer brands on mergers and acquisitions, and earlier at Imperial Capital in Los Angeles, where he focused on transactions in the consumer sector.He holds an M.B.A. from the University of Southern California (USC) and a B.S. from Boston University. Outside of work, Paul is an active wellness consumer who prioritizes strength training, Pilates and yoga. He is a proud father of two teenagers and enjoys spending time outdoors with his family—particularly skiing together in the mountains.
