Roles & Responsibilities: As a visionary leader in IT & e-Governance, I have demonstrated 25 years of impactful contributions under the esteemed vision and direction of the Government of India leadership. I am working as the Group Coordinator of the e-Governance Group leading a dynamic team of 15-20 Project Managers and over 100 skilled Engineers Project Value of more than Rs 150- 200 Crore. My responsibilities encompass a wide range of strategic and operational areas, aimed at driving digital transformation and enhancing e-Governance initiatives across various sectors in IndiaStrategic: Business Development & Co-ordination: I actively engage with various Ministries and Government institutions to identify potential opportunities for designing and developing domain-specific e-Governance solutions. My focus is on implementing innovative e-solutions that promise improved transparency, swift information dissemination, and heightened administrative efficiency, ultimately leading to enhanced public services. I play a vital role in participating in central, state, and local e-Governance initiatives, projects, and programmes. Application Development & Implementation: My expertise lies in leveraging Information and Communication Technology (ICT) to deliver government services. I spearhead Business Process Re-engineering efforts, ensuring seamless exchange of information and communication transactions. Moreover, I skilfully integrate various stand-alone systems and services between Government-to-Customer(G2C), Government-to-Business(G2B), and Government-to-Government(G2G) platforms, promoting rapid information dissemination and administrative efficiency. Technology Presentations & Negotiations: I am adept at engaging with clients through impactful technology presentations and skilful negotiations. My proficiency extends to realizing payments, obtaining User Acceptance letters, and effectively managing projects, teams, and training. Mentoring & Guiding: I take pride in mentoring and guiding my team, encouraging the adoption of contemporary ICT technologies to deliver cost-optimized solutions. My goal is to ensure that our solutions remain at the forefront of technology and best serve the needs of our clients. Product Portfolio Management: I am responsible for preparing and updating product portfolio projections, plans, and annual targets. I closely monitor the progress of Projects Awards, Project Completion (PC), Technical Assistance Completion (TC), and other key milestones against targets.
