Contribute significantly to ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our Kubernetes-based infrastructure and applications as well contributing to the day to day support of our clients.• Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Kubernetes clusters, under the guidance of senior team members• Dealing with day to day support requests • Monitor and analyse the performance of Kubernetes-based services, helping to identify and resolve issues to ensure smooth operation• Collaborate with the team to implement monitoring and alerting solutions, and assist in troubleshooting and resolving incidents• Contribute to the improvement of system reliability and performance through automation and configuration management practices• Support the documentation efforts by maintaining clear and up-to-date procedures and troubleshooting guides• Participate in on-call rotations and provide support during critical incidents• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist in the development and deployment of applications on Kubernetes clusters• Communicate effectively within the team, sharing ideas, insights, and challenges to contribute to a collaborative and supportive work environment
