I believe in bringing a B2C perspective to brand in the B2B world, because, at the end of the day, we’re all selling to human beings (at least for now!).I’ve seen incredible tech fail due to a weak story, and I’ve seen mediocre software thrive because its story resonated. But brand alone isn’t enough. You also need efficient demand generation to get the flywheel spinning.
