   Led Day 1 readiness for Pyrenees acquisition go-live, coordinating cross-functional execution across HR, IT, infrastructure, and operations workstreams spanning 14 countries, 19 locations, and 4 labs- Achieved 100% deployment readiness for 503 supported users (424 employees + 79 contractors) at go-live, including M365, new environments, corporate applications, cloud/network enablement, and end user-support- Governed cross-border data compliance and privacy requirements across five countries, ensuring HR data handling met regional regulatory standards throughout the full implementation lifecycle- Led recovery and governance realignment of a complex ServiceNow CMDB/CSDM program, establishing enterprise data ownership, standardizing CI lifecycle and data model practices, and implementing a coordinated remediation strategy that reduced delivery risk, improved data integrity, and enabled a controlled, single-release production deployment- Orchestrated the Digital Experience (DEX) migration from FirstUp to Unily, planning and all activities including data privacy, content migration, user data syncs, platform governance, change enablement, and platform decommissioning- Led end-to-end Eightfold AI implementation as a replacement for Workday ATS (external recruiting) across a global organization spanning the US, Germany, China, India, and Singapore- Achieved 74% issue closure or near-completion rate within Week 1 of hypercare for Eightfold AI across 31 tracked items, reflecting a controlled, well-prepared go-live.
