As a Partner, I build and manage relationships with our clients so we can help them with their most challenging problems. We specialise in effective transformation delivery and use a combination of Human Centred Service Design, Agile Leadership, Systems Thinking, and Change Management to deliver large-scale transformation using our unique approach called EnFlow®.As the Product Owner of the EnFlow® Framework, I lead the overall vision and roadmap for the EnFlow® product. I work closely with the other Partners to understand how the framework is performing in the field, and together, we prioritise enhancements and updates so that the approach constantly evolves as technology innovation drives changes to the solutions our clients are working with.
