I am a highly motivated asset, procurement and programme management professional with extensive experience of leading highly effective teams in delivering outstanding outcomes in respect of an ever evolving asset management portfolio and developing and embedding robust governance operating frameworks.Recently, I have successfully led business wide multi project transformational programmes covering strategic asset management, customer engagement, IT system integrations, procurements, active asset management operating models, organisational restructures, asset disposal & regenerations and sustainability & green technology strategies.I have been a driving force of business strategy and change; providing real time data to enable clear business decision making and be at the center of innovation and technological advances delivering outstanding value for money and optimising opportunities to their full potential, and having worked on both operational and strategic sides of the business I understand what “good looks like” in strategy what can be translated into tactical advantages and delivered operationally.I believe that my success comes from engaging with stakeholders early, to clearly understand business requirements, building strong and robust relationships and putting significant focus into delivering clear, strong communications.
