Concord Professional Services started as a temporary staffing firm and has continued to grow and evolve into a multi-service Human Resources Management company offering staffing and professional recruiting services in a diverse array of disciplines and industries, management and operations consulting, program/project management, and managed services. Through extensive use of web-based technology CPS provides nationwide services out of one office in Knoxville, keeping operating cost low and providing the personal interaction of a small business with the diversity and presence of a large business. CPS has provided services in 44 states and 6 foreign countries. An important factor in their being able to accomplish this is a strong interest in, and history of, teaming with high quality small and large businesses. Those teaming arrangements have led to opportunities to gain strength through diversity.While SVP of CPS was a partner in the startup and operation of three new small businesses. Currently continue as minority owner and advisor for one of them - Accord Federal Services, Inc, a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business providing facility operations and other services to Federal Government agencies.
