I am an Economist with more than 10 years’ experience in managing projects through the use of participatory methods and community mobilization. I have the skills to design and implement strategy, plan for community and social development to strengthen ties between companies, their surrounding communities and their beneficiaries. I have an experience at international level where I worked with Foundation and social business to help them to be more effective in their social response: In India I helped SMV and Educate Girls to better living condition of poor and vulnerable people. I also worked in mining company in Ivory Coast in community development domain. Besides I coached small enterprises, NGO and foundations and help them increase their performance. During my career I built the capacity of more than people, organized women and young people in co-operative, managed infrastructures (maternity, water tower) projects in Mining affected areas and increase the living condition of poor people in Africa and India.
