Individual portions are dry rubbed and slow-cooked in hermetically sealed food grade bags, to keep all the juices in, and increase tender consistency through low-temperature cooking methods for up to 16 hours. Our primary business model is B2C delivering direct to consumer and maintain some wholesale business to select upscale grocers.
