I lead our global Outcome Engineering practice within the World Wide Marketing (WWM) Organisation at Autodesk. At Autodesk, we deliver customers intuitive, powerful, and accessible technology that provides automation and insight for their design and make processes, enabling them to achieve better Outcomes for their products, their businesses, and the world. Key to making this happen is understanding desired Outcomes for our customers in the industries we serve. After 2 years in incubation within the Customer Success Organisation, the Outcome Framework my team has developed is now central to Autodesk\'s Go-To-Market strategy, and my team is part of the Audience Insights and Industry Marketing group so that we can ensure Outcomes are central to messaging that goes out into the market. Our key focus areas at present are evolving the outcome framework to ensure it meets the needs of customer facing teams internally and with our partners, as well as scaling our Outcome-based Customer Experience following pilots with Machining Automation in 2021.
