From detailed descriptions of extreme white water rivers high in the Nepalese Himalaya, testing descents in both the UK and European Alps through to family pub paddles on the Thames - there are publication for all types of journey and interest. Maps produced include river paddling journeys, Scottish yachting trips and anchorages as well as our very popular planning map and puzzle of the Lakeland Wainwright fells.

ABOUT PAUL MACKENZIE
Paul understands the excitement, thrill and calming potential the \'outdoors\' can bring to everyone. He is a paddlesports coach, an outdoor swim coach, Mountain Leader Association walk leader, outdoor and mental health first aider and RLSS lifeguard. He has spent most of his adult life involved in water sports which started with a love of rivers; joining and then leading white water kayaking expeditions all over the world. Adventure swimming was a natural progression and he has developed this passion over the last 15 years. Frequently to be seen Race Directing as well as competing at swimrun events, long distance swims and triathlons. He has organised many complex and remote overseas river expeditions with associated logistics and risk assessments and mitigations. He is a long standing Fellow of the Royal Geographic Society.Paul has 25+ years of experience building successful corporate consultancies where success was achieved through developing focused high performing teams.He has worked with Rivers Publishing, a specialist adventuresports publisher, since its first publication in 1993 and still enjoys bringing new publications to the marketplace and building their stable of titles.
