24 years ago, I got my first taste of retail, and I fell in love! So much so that when I finished Uni with a degree in psychology, I decided to take the plunge into retail management full-time. I spent the next six years working in various stores and locations, doing different roles. I then took some time out to reflect, and I was ready for a change, but I didn\'t want to put my years of experience to waste.So I took a leap of faith and joined a recruitment business initially recruiting retail ops before specialising in retail/consumer commercial head office (specifically, Buying, Merchandising, Product Development, Retail Supply Chain, Design, Online Trading and E-commerce). I loved retail then in stores, and I love it now in recruitment - it\'s my passion through and through. During the last 11 years in recruitment, don\'t get me wrong, there are plenty of times when I\'ve doubted myself and asked:\"Is this it?\".
