I worked with Plotmaster Systems, LLC for 16 years and I have to say,\"If I didn\'t believe in the Plotmaster products I would have sought other employment many years ago\".In 2002 when I came to work with Plotmaster the only expectations I had was to secure a job close to home (that I enjoyed), enough salary to make ends meet an to escape the many years of management I had been involved in. My background had always been in Logistics, Inventory Control, Quality, Manufacturing etc. So when the job for a Warehouse, Inventory/Quality Control person became available, I jumped on it! As my time progressed with the company so did my duties, 7 months into the job I was made manager so my hat rack was full! Procurement, Costing, Advertising, Sales, Customer Service, Manufacturing, Quality, Design Changes, Prints, Website Design, Social Media etc. most anything you can imagine! So much for that low key 8-5 job! But I wouldn\'t have changed a thing!

   In consecutive roles starting as a Quality Assurance Tech, advancing to Lead Quality Assurance Technician, Continuous Improvement Lead Quality, and into current role as Plant Trainer. Responsibilities included: Production Line and Finished Good Nonconformance management Quality control testing of Raw Materials & Finished Goods- Metals detection, melt flow, mechanical testing (Instrons) Calibrations management of Lab Equipment, Inventory ordering of Lab Supplies (SAP requisitions). Creation of Standard Work Instructions, Teams Training for cross functional departments.
