With 19 years of dedicated experience in the finance industry, I\'ve made \'adaptation\' my guiding principle. Throughout my journey, I\'ve encountered diverse industries, companies, and people, and my recurring action has been to proactively find innovative ways to navigate and thrive within evolving conditions and alongside the people I\'ve met. My MBA shed light on what I\'ve been unconsciously doing right for years: fostering connections with my environment, people, and culture to harness the best resources and the resilience required to drive progress.As a leader, I firmly believe in three fundamental pillars in both the workplace and my personal life: People, Processes, and Environment.People - Talent is the cornerstone of success. It\'s the limit of what\'s achievable, but fortunately, this limit is flexible and can be expanded. I empower individuals to embrace their desire for growth, setting powerful goals, taking ownership, and being accountable. Collaboration and synergy among our peers, customers, and stakeholders are key to our collective success. Throughout my career, I\'ve been dedicated to inspiring and being inspired by the remarkable individuals around me.Processes - Regardless of the methodology—LEAN, AGILE, SPRINT, SIGMA, or PDCA (yes, I\'m old school)—I\'m drawn to the commitment to goal achievement, learning through empiricism, and the structured beginning and ending of cycles. Above all, I value the informal contract that reflects a shared commitment to growth. When a group aligns on a common plan, it reveals their values and vision. I believe in harnessing our individual natures for process improvement.Environment - Our circumstances shape our efforts toward a goal.
