I am a Senior Environmental Planner in a client-facing role responsible for leading multidisciplinary teams to prepare National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) documents and ensuring full environmental compliance. I have 20 years of experience as an environmental professional, an MBA, and post-graduate work in environmental management. I am TxDOT pre-certified for 2.14.1 Environmental Document Preparation. Additionally, I have worked on the Capital Area Metropolitan Planning Organization (CAMPO) Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) for the past two years. The TAC advises the CAMPO Transportation Planning Policy board on technical aspects of transportation policy. My Skills include:• Project Management for NEPA, planning, and transportation projects. • Research and analysis: Federal, State, County, and local environmental laws, rules, regulations, and guidelines. • Technical Writing: 20 years of experience preparing NEPA documents focusing on socioeconomic, environmental justice, community impact, environmental permitting, indirect and cumulative impact, and hazardous site assessments. • Communication: 20 years of facilitating public participation and public involvement.
