PlanERP and Plan Finance; which he started in by capitalizing on several years of previous experience that opened the door to what is now the Leader in the ERP/IT Solutions, Staffing, and Recruitment space. Joe’s specialty is JD Edwards, ranging from JDE Implementations to upgrades in different modules like Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Capital Asset Management.PlanIT’s story began with Joe and a small team hitting the phones while sitting on Milk crates. Initially, they had no real phone system, no website, and no database but one client at a time they began to organically grow into what is now a sustainable and successful recruitment and staffing agency. The impact that PlanIT has made over the years comes from being one of the first movers into the ERP space, in a time when no one else wanted to touch it. Before Joe could even imagine, PlanIT started building relationships and winning vendor agreements with IBM, SAP, and Oracle. Joe decided that if PlanIT was going to be a leader in the contracting business we were going to have to do a couple of things differently. Firstly, we will always pay our contractors every 2 weeks regardless if we have collected the funds or not. Secondly, we would never be late with a payment. Both statements are still true to this day. In 2017, Joe reacquired Plan Finance, a sister company that specializes in the Finance recruitment space. The Acquisition was driven by expanding and diversifying the services that PlanIT offers to its clients. Plan Finance was previously owned by Ron Goldson, a senior player in the finance recruitment space and who remains on the team with the mission of growing the duality of PlanIT and Plan Finance.
