As a Drupal Tech Lead it is my responsibility to oversee the project, understand the requirements from the client and create the architecture for a working solution, write the technical spec. Distribute the work among the team members and run sprints. Plan, estimate and govern the technical implementations, do code reviews and pass over clear technical instructions, communicate concerns if any with the project manager, align with third party providers to implement their solutions. Waterfall methodology with daily scrum meetings with the team and weekly meetings with the client. Component based architecture is at the core of everything developed. We\'ve made a full re-build of the websites of Vertex that serve difference purpose - some for in-house use, some serve information for the patients, and others are tools used by the doctors.
