Advising on regulatory investigations/processes.• Conducting commercial negotiations and drafting general commercial agreements including licence agreements, tariffs, agreements with international societies, service agreements, IT licences and software agreements, data sharing agreements and NDAs.• Advising the business in relation to a wide range of commercial, corporate and copyright/IP matters including the company’s membership, licensing, international and corporate agreements as well as advice relating to property, marketing, sponsorship etc. • Advising on developments in the law of copyright and other policy initiatives that impact PRSfM• Advising on the resolution of disputes, including ADR, infringement claims, copyright tribunal references, ombudsman complaints as well as any issues arising from the audit of suppliers/licensees.
