I am responsible for the core day to day running of all business operations, providing our teams with a rhythm to produce outstanding work. At its core, the role is focused on the processes and systems being in place to ensure the business is well supported and empowered to work in smart, collaborative and efficient ways. I addition to core business operations, I am responsible for, project management, finance, IT security, HR, property, procurement and more.
