ABOUT PUNEET KHANNA

Puneet Khanna is the President and Chief Executive Officer of CareRx Corporation (TSX:CRRX), the leading provider of pharmacy services and medical supplies to over 1,500 seniors\' communities, serving more than residents in congregate care settings (long-term care homes, retirement homes, assisted living facilities, and group homes). across British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Ontario, and New Brunswick.With 25 years of experience in the healthcare sector, Puneet joined CareRx in November 2020 as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development. He subsequently held roles as Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Operating Officer before being appointed President and Chief Executive Officer in June 2023.Previously, Puneet was Chief Executive Officer at MED e-care Healthcare Solutions Inc a global ehealth software provider where he established structures and systems to accelerate growth while also re-energizing the business. Puneet facilitated the sale of this privately owned business to a private equity firm. At Medical Pharmacies, Puneet was responsible for ensuring business growth and customer satisfaction of both the long term care and medical supply divisions. His experience also includes two of Canada’s largest pharmacy retailers (Loblaws Inc & Shoppers Drug Mart) in which he has held a variety of portfolios including human resources, government relations, business development, and sales and marketing. Puneet received the Pharmacy Post - 2008 Commitment to Care and Service Award for establishing a public-private partnership between a rural acute care hospital and a retail pharmacy. A licensed pharmacist, Puneet earned his degree from the Faculty of Pharmacy at the University of Toronto. He has a proven track record of cultivating culture rich organizations, building and leading high-performing teams, driving growth, while delivering meaningful customer experiences.
