Managing operations of Icecream Production Activity. Responsible for the quality & safety of the product. Organized production plan, manpower and resources to achieve daily production target. Responsible for daily production and work to achieve daily production targets with best quality standard. Work for 100% capacity utilization and waste reduction. Responsible for coasting of all product SKU wise time to time and worked on cost saving of Manpower, power and fuel consumption. Achieve maximum production at the lowest cost. Coordinate with PM/FM in planning, budgeting, expenses control and manpower management. Continual training on OPRP,CCP,PRP and implementation, Improving Quality and Efficiency (Eliminate All Waste): Six Sigma. Effectively monitoring utility consumption & Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Reducing Maintenance (Preventative Maintenance) & Increasing Flexibility (Innovation: Continuous Improvement). Reporting to Sr. Prod. Manager/Factory Manager on critical issues for decision-making.
