As Owner and Founder of The Nomis Group International, I\'m responsible for the following areas, and none more important than setting the vision and speed as our company continues to grow.Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organization\'s mission - specifically, support better LORE reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning, communication with prospects, current clients, and vendor partners.Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence. This includes developing our social entrepreneur area of our company. We\'re dedicated to giving back with what we\'ve been given! Oversee overall financial management, planning, systems and controls. Management of our budget in coordination with my partner.Development of individual programs, P&L statements and budgets for our employees and agent partners.Organization of fiscal documents.Regular meetings with Executive Director, COO, and Board of Directors around fiscal planning.Supervise and coach agents and expansion partners on a weekly basis along with meeting quarterly with vendor partners to discuss current and future plans to grow.
