Any leads?Over a decade ago, I quit my \"job\" and devoted a career to coaching fueled by a passion for servant leadership. I’ve been incredibly grateful ever since. From locker rooms, to classrooms, to board rooms, I’ve grown my skills in coaching, educating, and facilitation. I bring an obnoxious amount of energy and optimism when relentlessly exploring ways to extract and develop human capital and transform team cultures. At my core, I live to inspire people to be their best self and I get geeked out by social science, human behavior, and the learning process.    Ewing Outdoor Supply is the largest family-owned supplier of landscape and water management products in the country. I get to work with great people and we have fun all day, every day.As the Director of Talent Development, I lead and collaborate with a group of rockstars to assess, design and execute the company’s strategy to extract and develop the human potential of our awesome Ewing team members, while also providing education services to support the growth of our customers\' businesses. Some of the cool stuff I get to do includes: Work with senior leadership and department team members to identify needs and create education training and resources for individuals and teams. Develop and facilitate coaching workshops for current and emerging leaders. Oversee the design and utilization of our learning management system and learning platforms to develop core competencies, soft skills and career mapping opportunities. Assess program analytics and metrics to measure program effectiveness. Work cross-functionally to develop and implement programs that enhance culture, attract new talent and retain team members. Collaborate with team members to design and deliver customer education opportunities, including online training, education summits, custom training and CEU offerings. Serve as a change agent for major strategic initiatives.Bottom line, I get the privilege to serve people. And that fulfills me.
