Personally lead all Integrated Supply Chain recruiting for North America across all business units (operations, manufacturing, engineering, quality, procurement, supply chain, logistics, etc.)- Personally filled eight executive roles in six months from start date and end of FY2025- Personal median time to fill external searches: 76 days- Led ~$2.1M team cost avoidance over six month period from start date to end of FY2025 leveraging internal talent team versus external agency usage\"Patrick- Thank you for all you have done with this role.
