PJ is a partner in Goodwin’s IP Litigation and ITC Section 337 practices. PJ litigates complex patent disputes from start to finish across a broad range of complex technologies, especially in the computer, electronic, and mechanical arts. PJ is particularly experienced in handling Section 337 Investigations at the International Trade Commission, having now handled nearly thirty Investigations including many as lead counsel. In addition to ITC matters, PJ handles a steady flow of District Court matters across the country. PJ is also barred at the United States Patent and Trademark Office and has handled a number of inter partes reexaminations. PJ has also argued at the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals.P.J. is consistently acknowledged as a Super Lawyers Rising Star, having achieved that recognition from 20••••19. P.J. was also recognized by DCA Live as a 2018 Rising Star of Law Top 40 Under 40.
