As a seasoned HR leader with over 20 years of experience, I have a proven track record of driving end-to-end people experience across the entire employee life cycle, from hire to retire. I have successfully delivered simpler and consistent experiences with utmost internal and legal compliances at Unilever, where I currently serve as the Head of People Experience and Talent Acquisition.In my current role, I am responsible for attracting future-fit talent to foster business growth strategy, building future-fit TA capabilities and thought leadership, and creating HR business partnering capability at all levels of the organization. I also anchor people data management in view of governance, controls, external reporting, and data privacy guidelines. Additionally, I centralize, standardize, and automate people processes/platforms. Prior to this, I was the APAC Benefits Leader at Amazon, where I defined and implemented a multi-year roadmap/strategy for benefits programs design and operations, managed relationships with key stakeholders, identified customer impacting issues, and led a team of benefits specialists. I hold a PGCHRM from XLRI Jamshedpur and a B.E. in Computer Science from LNCT Bhopal. I am also certified in Project Management, Base Pay Administration and Pay for Performance, and Transforming Leadership.
