Managing the month-end close process, including passing journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and reconciliations to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.2. Preparing draft financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and presented them to clients for review and approval.3. Conducting variance analysis (YoY, MoM, Budget vs Actual) and explained fluctuations in revenue, expenses, margins, and net profit.4. Delivering detailed commentary on financial results, identifying key business drivers, risks, and opportunities impacting performance.5. Ensuring compliance with accounting standards while delivering value-added analysis beyond statutory reporting.6. Presenting results and insights in client meetings/reviews, translating financial data into meaningful business information.7. Supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities, ensuring compliance with US GAAP/IFRS (as applicable).8. Ensuring intercompany reconciliations and resolving discrepancies across books.9. Coordinating with cross-functional teams and US clients to ensure timely flow of accounting data.10. Responding to client queries and audit requirements, acting as the key point of contact for financial results discussion by providing schedules, ledger and extracts11. Handling fixed assets accounting, prepaid expenses, and bank reconciliations.12.
